    Veridian Vanguard Traditional series Turnouts are built to meet the rigorous demands of today's fire fighters. Generous, multi-piece patterning and contoured sleeves provide comfort and mobility for active fire fighting and rescue ergonomics. There are no thermal gaps. Heavy-wear areas are triple-stitched to reduce tears.And, like all Veridian turnouts, the Vanguard Series offers quality construction and a choice of materials for long-lasting durability and high value. Remember, the materials you choose in the outer shell, moisture barrier and thermal liner are critical to providing the right level of protection and mobility for your application. No-rivet construction: Reduces hot spots and fabric tears. Triple Nomex®-stitched stress areas: Adds durability and extends garment life. UL certified to NFPA standard 1971. 2000 OSHA, CAL-OSHA compliant.

    The Traditional Vanguard Coat
    Standard length: 35 inches (88.9 cm); 40" and 45" options. Collar: Stand-up, multi-piece, insulated full closure protection. Throat tab: Overlapping insulated protection allows full interface with SCBA styles. Sleeve design: Two-piece built-in contoured design with leather cowhide cuffs. Shoulder: Roomy design enhances range of motion while virtually eliminating underarm tears and reducing coat rise. Inner facings: Serge-stitched 2.75" (7cm) outer shell/moisture barrier combination adds tailored quality and structure for secure liner attachment and shape retention. Outer storm flap: Extra wide for superior frontal protection; bar-tack reinforced corners; four (4) non-sparking snap-hook and dee ring closures. Inner closure system: Compression Snap provides easy coat closure protection. Outer pockets: Two 10" x 10" (25.4 x 25.4 cm) patch-style with wide oversized flap closure. Bar-tack reinforced mitered corner drains eliminate use of material-tearing rivets and eyelets. Wristlets: 4" (10.2cm) Nomex/Spandex - extra long for extended wrist protection. Sta-Dri™ Inner Cuff: Extra-deep dry reach design with inner liner thermal and moisture barrier protection. Inner liner: Full length, removable inner thermal and moisture barrier assembly edge bound for shape retention after cleaning. Metal components: All non-sparking, non-conductive, corrosion resistant. Use is minimized to reduce heat transmission. Trim: 3M™ Scotchlite™ Reflective Material NFPA trim style standard.

    Four-piece panel construction: Reinforcing 2.75" (7 cm) waistband facing. Inner fly closure: FR Hook and Loop closure for thermal/moisture protection. Overlapping, insulated front fly: Snap-hook and dee. Generous seat design: Triple-stitched primary seams provide added strength and comfort. Cuffs: Reinforced with 2" FR chrome leather cowhide. 3M™ Scotchlite™ Reflective Material NFPA trim: Full around lower leg. Suspender buttons: Leather reinforced.
